Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. We do not require a deposit to book your appointment unless it is for PMU services, the client has cancelled/rescheduled after the 24 hr window, or NO-SHOWS numerous times. However, we do require a card on file from all clients in case of a NO-SHOW. NO-SHOWS will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
